Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be added to your order at the checkout stage.
All UK orders over £25.00: Free delivery
Delivery in the UK: £2.95.
Delivery outside of the UK: £4.95 Per 450g
Delivery Times
Items will be despatched within 2 to 3 hours of receipt of the order being received by us. Goods will be sent by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery However please allow up to 3 days for UK orders and 10 days for worldwide orders before contacting us. No orders are dispatched at weekends.
Returns
We do not generally sell goods on a sale or return basis. However,
if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on
07910880737 within 3 days of order receipt.
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Beauty Scent. You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be expected to pay for the return of the goods, and any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of Beauty Scent. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
